The upper and lower stamping heads are servo-driven, providing fast speed and stable pressure. The stamping pressure can be adjusted digitally for greater convenience.

The worktable features an automatic shuttle system (in and out), making manual loading and unloading safe, fast, and convenient.

Utilizes a pneumatic-hydraulic cylinder for horizontal movement, equipped with an oil reservoir to ensure sufficient thrust and better stability.

Features an electric eye device for positioning the foil roll (feeding and rewinding). Includes automatic paper feeding and collecting, with adjustable temperature and dwell time.

The shuttle travel track uses a round-shaft linear guide rail, ensuring the machine runs steadily without vibration during left-right movement, suitable for high-precision transfer printing.

The stamping head height is adjustable. The heating element uses wrap-around heat conduction to keep the temperature of the silicone pad uniform.

The lifting guide columns are thickened to enhance and ensure uniform pressure. The foil roll holder is thickened for better balance. The film guide rods are double-ear fixed type for stable guiding without deviation, and the quantity is increased to four sets.

Equipped with an additional pneumatic side-pressing system to ensure better adhesion between the hot stamping foil and the product.
