The fully automatic screen printing production line, Model No. TYS-102UV4-18L, is a 4-color screen printing machine designed for circular and flat container products.

The control system of the entire production line consists of an advanced modular Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and a user-friendly Touch Screen. The mechanical drive system utilizes imported motors and matching gearboxes. Key functions include automatic flame surface treatment, automatic print head lifting, stepless speed regulation, fast/slow mechanical drive, automatic pre-registration, and "no object, no print" detection. The automatic flame surface treatment device modifies the surface structure of the container to ensure the printing ink adheres firmly to the object.

This screen printing production line is equipped with a built-in UV curing oven, highlighting the superiority of our automated products. A notable feature is the ability to detect defective prints before the ink is cured, allowing for re-printing. Additionally, the photoelectric inspection conveyor belt stop function helps reduce wear and tear on the container during feeding.
